Wow, that event where you have to run towards the saferoom while endless zombies try to kill you surely is the hardest challenge I had so far. First of all, I think it's unfair and just stupid leveldesign that there're no bile bombs in this map, no chainsaws and no survivor spawn before the event. So, if anyone dies while getting there, you f***ed anyway, so restart.

After a few tries, we always managed to get to the gate with almost everyone green and having pills, pipes and molotovs, and we failed surviving the last 50 meters for roughly 3 f***ing hours. Two times one of us actually made it to the saferoom... well, first time there was a witch sitting in the saferoom door, and while the survivor thinks of how to get past her, he gets raped by a hunter. Second time, the survivor got inside, closed the door, and there was a F***ING TANK INSIDE THE SAFEROOM. I actually heard the director AI laughing at us.

So, anyone knows any decent strategy to get past that annoying event?

I can't play expert but, i think one of you should use grenade launcher at that part. maybe it'd work?

Act like a zombie and sneak your way past =D

We tried. We walked slowly, but they somehow still killed us... perhaps it's because we don't smell like zombies...

Anyway, I have to say, in contrast to Dark Carnival, Hard Rain is a piece of cake.
