post sayings in your mother tongue, or any other languages you know (and if you want, translate) "Dacă tăceai, filosof rămâneai."

Bättre att vara en timme för tidig än en minut för sen. "Better to be an hour to early than a minute too late."
My motto.

a few latin sayings i know: "Nosce te ipsum!"(Know yourself!) "Edere debes ut vivas, non vivere ut edas."(You must eat to live, not live to eat.) " Quod medicina aliis, aliis est acre venenum."(Someone's medicine, is other's poison)

Give a man a fire and he'll be warm for a night; Set a man on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life
first rule of not being seen- Don't stand up.
If it works, Don't kick it.
if you know your enemies and know yourself, you will not be defeated in a hundred battles; if you do not know your enemies but do know yourself, for every victory gained, you will also suffer a defeat; if you do not know your enemies nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.
"okay, you awaken to hear an odd, screaming sound. You look up and <rolls D20> you see matthew falling from the sky. He hits the ground and takes 200 points of damage. Matthew, go and roll another character" ************************ **Don't eat the DM's oreos** ***********************

The sun is out, The grass is riss, I wonder where the birdies is! Slang ofc, but one of my moms favourite sayings in case anyone is confused, "proper english translation" : The sun is out, The grass has risen, I wonder where the birds are. As you can see, it doesn't rhyme or sound anywhere near as cool!! :p

Time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time... inb4 it's not swedish but I type it in swedish too. Tid du gillar att slösa är inte slösad tid.
I really do love that saying, just sayin'
